Here are the next steps if you want to sell:
- We’ll visit with you about your property and the purchase and sale process.
- We’ll confirm property specfics – all owne names, location, acreage, access, taxes owed, etc.
- We’ll likely visit the property, with your permission, to understndand confirm its attributes and location.
- We’ll deteremine how much we4 can pay for your property and verbally agree with you on a price.
- We’ll ensure we have the correct seller contact information (We need a mailing address, e-mail and phone number) for use in our offer documents.
- After we talk, we’ll send a Purchase and Sales Agreement (a contract) by e-mail for you to sign using a secure electronic signature service. The e-mail will have a link to enable you to review and sign the contract electronically. You will be sent a copy of the signed agreement. If you prefer, you can print a copy of the agreement, physically sign it and return it to us by e-mail as a scanned attachment or you can text us a picture of the signed agreement.
- Once we have a signed agreement, we send it to a title company local to property and send you an e-mail letting you know the name and contact information for the title company representative. Shortly after the title company gets the agreement, they will reach out to you to discuss the closing process. Closing usually takes 4 to 6 weeks.
