Here are the next steps if you want to sell:

  • We’ll visit with you about your property and the purchase and sale process
  • We’ll confirm property specfics – the name inwhich it is owned, location, acreage, access, etc.
  • We’ll verbally agree on a price
  • We ensure we’ve got the seller contact information. (We need a mailing address, e-mail and phone number.)
  • After we talk, we send a Purchase and Sales Agreement (a contract) by e-mail for you to sign using a secure electronic signature service. The e-mail will have a link to enable you to review and sign the contract electronically.  You will be sent a copy of the signed agreement.  If you prefer, you can print a copy of the agreement, physically sign it and return it to us by e-mail as a scanned attachment or by e-mail or text as a picture of the signed agreement.
  • Once we have a signed agreement, we send it to a title company local to property. After we send it to the title company, we send you an e-mail letting you know the name and information for the title company representative.  Shortly after the title company gets the agreement, they will reach out to you to confirm information and discuss the closing process.  Closing usually takes 4 to 6 weeks.
