We buy vacant land – tax-delinquent or inherited land, in-fill lots and land owners no longer want. Sometimes we “improve” the property by clearing brush, mowing, repairing or adding fences, drives or culverts, or providing utilities. We may hold the property for appreciation or choose to sell later at a competitive price to provide ongoing cash flow to our business.
