About KJ LandholdingsWe are a family-owned business ran by Kevin James and Karl James. Since 2014 we have been buying and selling different types of land including tax-delinquent property, inherited property, in-fill lots and land the owners no longer want. Sometimes, after we buy, we have to clean up tax, title, or heirship issues. Often we also cleanup, or “improve”, the property by clearing brush, mowing, fixing fences, adding drives or culverts, and providing utilities. Then, we hold properties for appreciation or sell them to provide cash flow to our business. |
About KevinKevin and his wife live and work in Waco, Texas. He has also lived in Louisiana, Oklahoma and Alaska. He initially studied engineering at Baylor. After developing an interest in finance and business (particularly the land niche of real estate and small business), he obtained an accounting degree from Tarleton State University. His hobbies include cars, motorcycles, gun collecting, and snowboarding. |
